While perhaps lesser known than its EVA Suit counterpart, the ACES (Advanced Crew Escape Suit) is no stranger to the extreme. Equipped with a Parachute Ripcord, Knife, and even a Life Raft, this unabashedly orange Survival Suit was based on the “Apollo Suits” worn by astronauts during ascent and entry in case an emergency were to arise while on board.

Flame Orange was selected as the primary color for its matching appearance to the "International Orange" color used for the ACES Suits. This particular color was developed to remain highly visible against any kind of landscape, especially in the sea. This also serves as the backdrop for the ACES suit artwork that has been thoughtfully printed in contrast to its bold fibers.

Specially developed Blue and Red Hardware affixed at opposing ends of the strap has been introduced to emulate the strikingly anodized intake and exhaust valves found on the EVA suits (and the newly released ACES Suits NASA just announced!), as well as add to the NASA/patriotic theme.

Blue and Red stitching was also chosen as a throwback to the original NASA/Hook Strap, as well as completing the proud combination of Red and Blue colors at each end of the strap.

- Quality Hardware: All hardware is custom-made, plated Zinc Alloy, forged for the purpose of providing strength and resistance to the elements while on the wrist. Now offered in a distinctly patriotic Blue and Red scheme!

- Like Sweatpants For Your Wrist: The Elastic used for these straps was also specially developed specifically for the task of being worn all day on the wrist. This material has an exceptionally tight yet breathable, soft Twill Weave of polyester and rubber, with reinforced edges that prevents unraveling and shape change when stretched. All in all, it makes for the most comfortable watch wearing experience you’ll ever have.

- Tailored Fit: No matter what size wrist you have, you’ll find no greater amount of adjustability and comfort than you will with the Hook Strap. Now offered in all wrist sizes from 5” - 9”, choose the strap length that best suits the circumference of your wrist. - Ultra Flexible: Probably the most overlooked factor related to wearing watches is that throughout any given day, the human wrist will expand and contract dozens of times when exposed to different temperatures and activities. Leather, steel, rubber and silicone all suffer in some way to these changes, but not Elastic. It will adapt and conform to your every move, both voluntary and involuntary, without you ever noticing.
